These are also people who un-ironically say the cops are targeting them and they dont do anything wrong. All they while crashing, racing, vandalizing police cars, and having catastrophic breakdowns on public roads.

If they really wanted to stop this they’d just put in speed bumps.
They won't because they make too much money ticketing.

Speed bumps are expensive, and alot of the roads have speed limits higher than 25 so not really that fesable.

I think he might have meant install them at the city limits to keep them out all together.
There’s only three roads into Ocean City.

That could actually work, right by the traffic lights on the bridges. Although Coastal might be a little tougher.

Dumbasses. Some of the cars aren’t actually that sketchy looking (although most of them are) but theres clearly some douchebag driving there too.

Temporary speed bumps.
They have non asphalt kinds that are held in with big bolts. Bolt in the week before.
I really do believe they wouldn't ever try to fully stop it unless it became dangerous with shootings or something because of the ticket revenue

Although Coastal might be a little tougher.
There’s a bottleneck at 136th street, where there are only two roads to install the repellant.
Install 6” speed bumps,
Set up webcams at the three entrances.

6” high speedbumps? Hope no one has a Corvette, M anything, or car lowered in even the slightest way in that area.
Also, I wish more speedbumbs had the slope that one pictured does. Looks so nice and gentle compared to what I’m used to seeing.

I just threw out an exaggerated figure since Ocean City hates this event so much.
I don’t think anyone makes temporary speed bumps 6” tall anyways.

Well, I imagine the residents of Ocean City hate it, but the Ocean City government loves the revenue boost.

I’d like to know if the revenue from the tickets is worth it, or if OC would rather have a regular off-season fall weekend.

What if... they put the speed bumps in during the festival, told everyone to get out that could, and then nuked Ocean City?
